The latest aerial photographs of the Two Rivers multifamily housing construction project in Georgetown, Texas make it clear that this 179-unit multifamily housing project, comprised of 1- and 2-bedroom units, is on schedule for an April 2013 completion.
Designed by Kelly Grossman Architects, the project broke ground in Fall 2011 under the supervision of Larry Peel & Co., Builder-Developer. The November 2012 photographs show rooftops on all twelve buildings, including the large fitness center located in the center of the development. Total livable area in the multifamily facility is approximately 184,000 square feet.
This exciting new apartment complex has brought some unique challenges for project team members and has required significant coordination with Georgetown utility service officials on the part of Kelly Grossman Architects, Larry Peel & Co, and EN Incorporated (MEP Consulting Engineers). Tessa Roberts, LEED® AP, has served as the MEP Project Manager throughout the project.
